A: We have over 1700 orders out in the wild with over 200 five star reviews — we stand by our product and run them on our vehicles on and off road, and our Generation 2 product has been validated to 100,000 cycles and counting.

That said — we offer a comprehensive 2 year, no-questions asked warranty to ensure that in the unlikely event your product does break, we can learn how to improve our product, and send you a brand new pair.

Q: How tough are your bump stops?

Q: How do your products perform relative to others on the market?

A: Our bump stops out perform every other bolt-on bump stop solution on the market, for 1/2 to 1/3 of the price. We've validated our performance on our own suspension dyno, and we also have third party results to back up our own in-house testing.

A: 3D printing enables design freedom that we otherwise can not achieve with traditional molding. This design freedom lets us add features to our products, while also using uniquely high strength materials. Our polymer is approximately 20% stronger than traditional molded polyurethane.

3D printing also allows us the flexibility to provide custom orders for our customers. We've worked with owners of niche vehicle platforms and small businesses to provide personalized bump stops, pre-production test products and engineered solutions at scale.

Q: Why 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing?

A: We only recommend using our Long Travel bump stops for vehicles with extended travel (alternatively long travel) rear shocks. 

Adding long travel bump stops to a vehicle without extended travel rear shocks will diminish suspension travel and performance.

 

Unsure if you have extended travel rear shocks? Most manufacturers advertise it with their kit. Look for "extended travel" or "long travel" in the description.

Q: Do I need long travel bump stops?

A: We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days of ordering. Most orders ship sooner than that, but 10 days is the maximum you'll see from us. Should our lead time exceed 10 days, we'll add a banner to the homepage to inform customers.

If you have a rush order, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible, so we can prioritize your shipment.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our warranty is one of the best in the business. If your bump stops fail while in use on your vehicle, in any way, for up to 2 years from date of purchase, just send us a photo, and you'll receive a new set with free shipping. No hassles, no issues.

Warranty is only inclusive of the bump stops themselves, and does not cover any other part of the vehicle.

Q: How does the warranty work?

A: Yes! We absolutely do custom designed solutions. Reach out, and we’ll help you engineer the perfect solution for any application.

Q: Do you do custom designed products for specialty applications?

A: We’re continually adding to our list of supported vehicles. If you don’t see your vehicle on our site — reach out. We’d be happy to work with you to create a bump stop for your vehicle.

Q: My vehicle isnt supported by Perry Parts. Will there be support in the future?
